摘要对体育专业教师教学监控能力的调查发现：高校体育专业教师教学的前期计划与准备工作较好，而教学后的调节、控制和课后反省较差，总体教学监控能力偏低；成败归因的各个因素中，努力因素对高校体育专业教师教学监控能力的影响较为显著；自我知觉的各个因素对高校体育专业教师教学监控能力均有非常显著的影响。
